Working Principles
My first education is in Philology, which brings sensitivity to the linguistics in any of the processes I am involved with. Words of human languages are born from nature, absorbed by human body and carried around by conversations. Babilonian confusion of our misplaced creative process, being a migrant, changing identities through languages comes to attention of my experiments in Theater.
My second education is an exquisite French system of physical theater compiled together by Jaques Lecoq in the second half of the last century. My teachers : Thomas Prattki, Amy Russel, Dan Skinner and Giovanni Fusetti brought their own perspectives in the system. And I have warped it some more under the influence of Post-Doc witness theatre tradition. The importance of actor’s initiative, virtuosity in getting real stories across to the audience, poetic embodiment of human existence on stage, sharp observation of real events, attunement to movement – some of the principles of this system.
I became a Certified Gestalt therapist in 2019, which brought for me yet another challenging aspect to whatever I do as a creator or a pedagogue. When psychologist meets an artist it brings enrichment in approaches to both!
We are in the perpetual dialogue with the Space, Time and other Humans trying to build the contact with them through our senses.
